Need longer or shorter screws? Please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll try our hardest to make a custom order for you.
Fitting: Unscrew existing furniture knob and remove from furniture. Remove washer & screw from your new animal cupboard knob. Push the screw (that sits at the rear of the animal) through the hole on the front of the furniture. Place washer back on, tighten together with the screw, push plastic sleeve back on to protect little fingers. Sit back and admire your transformed furniture :)

Can I Order Over The Phone Please?
Of Course you can! If you can't face using the website checkout (we've tried to make it as easy and simple as possible) please call us on 0779 144 3010 to place an order. We'll be able to take your order details, your delivery address and card payment details over the phone. If we don't answer the phone, we might be out at the post office. Please do leave us a message and we'll call you back as soon as we can.
Can I return my order if I choose the wrong products or if I don’t like them when they arrive?
Of course you can. If you´re not happy with your purchase when it arrives for any reason or if you choose the wrong design or style of switch simply return it (at your own expense) and we´ll give you a full refund or send you another switch (at our expense) which ever you decide.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We are able to dispatch most orders between 1 and 3 days of receiving them. All of our orders are sent by Royal Mail 24/48 First Class post so should take between 24 and 48 hours to arrive after they have been dispatched.
