Delivery

Candy Queen Designs offers a Standard Delivery service of between three and five days to allow for the products to be made, packed and delivered. We do try to send orders as fast as we can make and pack them. Your order may therefore be delivered in advance of the average quoted delivery time. 
 

Terms and Conditions: Shopping with candyqueendesigns.co.uk:

1. You can Order Products in the following ways:

• online via this website;
• By sending an order via email or post. We have no order form so just let us know the products you would like using the product codes and then post a cheque.
• At present we cannot take credit cards over the phone but please feel free to call us to place an order (0779 144 3010) and then pay via paypal (you do not need an account) or post a cheque or postal order to us at the following address:

1. When you place your Order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it.   If the Product is not available between 3 and 5 days we will also let you know by email.
2. Candy Queen Designs may cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Making Payments:

1. You must pay for your Order before it is delivered and you can do so by credit card or debit card online, or by cheque or postal Order

Payment by Credit Card:

1. Orders will be processed online
2. If your delivery address is outside the UK and you order online you must pay by credit card.

Payment by Cheque or Postal Order:

1. In the UK , you may pay by cheque if you wish.
2. Please make cheques payable to Candy Queen Designs. Please also send us a covering letter detailing your Order, cheque guarantee card number, guaranteed amount, expiry date, contact details and delivery address.

Candy Queen Designs Copyright:

1. “All copyright, design rights and any other intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products and in the images, text and design of our website and marketing material are and will remain the property of Candy Queen Designs/Karoline Mileham. Any infringement of these rights will be pursued vigorously.”
2. Candy queen designs does not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any Product nor the right to copy them.
3. The copyright in Candy Queen designs and the content of all the software, web site and pages relating to the candyqueendesigns.co.uk web site is owned by, Candy Queen Designs/Karoline Mileham, unless otherwise specified and may not be used, copied or altered without our express consent.
4. Copyright extends to the design, look and feel of candyqueendesigns.co.uk, all photographs and product designs on it and its marketing materials.

When you place an Order, we may ask you for certain information and you may submit personal data to candyqueendesigns.co.uk (for example your name, phone number, postal address, email address, contact and bank / credit card details).  This information will be kept securely in accordance with our internal security policy and will only be used to:

   2. provide you with an up to date, efficient, and reliable service;
