Candy Queen Delivery Information
Our UK postage costs are as follows :
£1.49 for all UK orders under £10
£1.99 for all UK orders £10 and over
*Postage is FREE for all UK online orders over £35 (with the exception of commissions/non stock items).
Light Switch Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 days of purchase and sent by Royal Mail First Class delivery. All orders are currently sent by Royal Mail First Class Business Post which should arrive to you within a few days of the dispatch date.
Cupboard Knob Orders are dispatched within 2 to 10 days of purchase (depending on design and stock levels).
We will email you with a dispatch date within 24 hours of receiving your order (on week days). If the dispatch time is not satisfactory for you we are more than happy to give you a full and immediate refund.
If you would like to pay extra for a Recorded Delivery (Signed For) or a Special Delivery (Next Day) service please don´t hesitate to ask and we´ll try to fulfill your requirements.
Overseas Orders
These are UK only postage prices, please get in touch for a postage quote for an overseas order. Please note our light switches only work in the UK but our cupboard knobs have universal fittings.
All Orders from ´Candy Queen Designs´ are wrapped in ´Sancell Bio´ Green Bubble wrap which is 100% Degradable - the most eco-friendly bubble wrap in the UK. We also collect clear Bubble Wrap and small boxes from other local business´s who no longer have a use for them.
